General Overview

Anthony Hernandez joined Lauber Municipal Law, LLC, in 2021 and practices in the areas of general municipal law and municipal prosecution. Anthony is a 2016 graduate of the University of Missouri-Kansas City School of Law. Prior to joining the firm, Anthony worked for a law firm specializing in plaintiff’s consumer rights litigation in numerous U.S. District Courts. During this time, Anthony advocated on behalf of consumers who had suffered debt collector harassment and consumers who had harmful and inaccurate data on their consumer reports. However, it was during law school, when Anthony interned at Economic Development Branch of Legal Aid of Western Missouri, that he developed a strong interest in working with local government. During this experience, Anthony witnessed firsthand how effective statutory and legal frameworks could play critical roles in revitalizing distressed and downtrodden neighborhoods.
